How to find your YouTube email alias

This article describes how to find your YouTube email alias (also: 'email drop box') that was created by YouTube when you signed up for the service.

The YouTube email alias can be added to the "receiver email"-field of the "email it" action. By this you can forward videos from Dropbox to YouTube.

Here is how it works:

  1. Sign in to YouTube.

  2. Click on your name and select "YouTube settings" from the list.

  3. In "Account settings", tab "Overview" copy the email address next to "Mobile uploads". This is your YouTube email alias.

  4. Type your Video Title in the Subject field of the email

  5. Type your Video Description in the Message field of the email
